SynoCell testing and quality: what is known, and what is not
The SynoCell label prints all five ingredient amounts, and the brand shows a GMP seal and a Registered FDA Facility badge. Neither badge names a certifier or a facility, FDA registration is not approval, and no certificate of analysis is published. Ask the seller for one before you rely on quality claims.

What do we actually know about SynoCell quality?
We know what the label lists. We do not know who made the capsules, where, or what an outside lab found inside them.
That gap is common for supplements sold online. It does not mean the product is poor. It means the proof a careful buyer would want is not public yet.
| Quality item | What is published | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Ingredient amounts | All five, per 2 capsules (SynoCell, product page) | You can compare each amount with research. |
| Extract strength | Boswellia standardized to 65% boswellic acid | The only ingredient with a stated strength. |
| GMP seal | Brand graphic, no certifier named | No audit you can look up. |
| FDA facility badge | Brand graphic, no facility named | Registration is not approval (FDA, Approval myths). |
| Certificate of analysis | Not published | No public lab result for any batch. |
| Maker and country | Not published | Ask the seller. |
| Other ingredients, capsule shell, allergens | Not published | Read the panel on your bottle. |
What do the GMP and FDA facility badges on SynoCell mean?
They are brand graphics, not certificates. A GMP seal says the maker follows good manufacturing practice, but no certifier, audit report or plant is named. The blue roundel says "Registered FDA Facility," yet FDA states that registering a plant does not mean FDA approved the product (FDA, Approval myths).

A brand badge. No certifier, audit report or facility is named.

A brand badge. Facility registration with FDA is not FDA approval.

90-day money-back policy. A purchase policy, not a promise of results.
By law, FDA does not approve dietary supplements or their labels, and the maker is responsible for safety (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements). Supplements also reach shelves without FDA checking whether they work (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know). The gold seal is a refund policy, not a quality test.
Why does independent testing matter for joint supplements?
Because problems have been found before. NCCIH notes that FDA has warned about arthritis and pain supplements tainted with hidden prescription drugs (NCCIH, Osteoarthritis In Depth).
An outside lab result is how a brand shows its capsules hold what the label says and nothing else. Without one, you are trusting the label alone. That may be fine, but it is worth knowing.
Many joint products hide amounts inside a "proprietary blend." SynoCell prints every amount, so at least the claim is specific enough to test.
What does the SynoCell label say about standardization?
Only the Boswellia line names a strength: an extract standardized to 65% boswellic acid. The other four list a weight but no strength or grade.

Strength matters when you compare with research. The Boswellia trials used other extracts, such as 5-Loxin at 30% AKBA (Sengupta et al., 2008). Oral hyaluronic acid studies call for a standard dose and molecular weight, and the label gives no molecular weight (Guadagna et al., 2018). More detail is on the Supplement Facts page.

Order nowWhat should a good certificate of analysis show?
A real CoA comes from a named lab and ties results to one batch. It tests what the label claims and checks for things that should not be there.
| CoA line | What a good one shows | Warning sign |
|---|---|---|
| Lab name | A named lab with an address | No lab named, or only the brand's logo |
| Lot number and dates | Matches the lot on your bottle; test and expiry dates | No lot, or a lot that differs from yours |
| Identity and amount | Each of the five ingredients measured against the label | "Conforms" with no numbers |
| Boswellic acids | A measured percentage near the stated 65% | No strength test |
| Heavy metals | Lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury with limits | Missing |
| Microbes | Bacteria, yeast and mold counts | Missing |
| Signature | Signed and dated by the lab | Unsigned or undated |
What should you ask the seller before you buy SynoCell?
Ask for the paperwork, by lot. Call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected], and keep the answer in writing.
Who makes it, and where?
The manufacturer and country are not published. A clear answer is a good sign.
Is there a lab CoA for my lot?
Ask for the lab's name, not just a reference code.
Who audits the GMP claim?
A certifier name lets you check it yourself.
What else is in the capsule?
Ask about the shell, fillers and allergens. ASU comes from soy, a common allergen (MedlinePlus, Food allergy).
To check a bottle you already have, use the steps on the batch verify page. Buy from the brand store or an authorized seller; marketplace listings may not be genuine.
How should you store SynoCell capsules?
The brand does not publish storage directions, so follow your bottle. Until then, sensible habits keep any capsule in good shape.
- Keep the lid tight and the bottle in a cool, dry cupboard.
- Skip the bathroom shelf; shower steam adds moisture.
- Leave any drying packet in the bottle.
- Store it out of children's reach.
- Check the best-by date when it is printed, and do not use capsules that look damaged, sticky or discolored.

FAQ
Questions about SynoCell testing and quality
Is SynoCell third-party tested?
We could not find any published third-party test for SynoCell. No certificate of analysis or lab name appears on the brand store. That does not prove a problem, but it means quality rests on the label alone. Ask the order desk for a lab report tied to your lot.
Is SynoCell made in a GMP facility?
The brand shows a GMP seal, but it names no certifier, audit or facility, so the claim cannot be checked from the outside. Ask the seller which company audits the plant. A named certifier is something you can look up yourself.
Does the Registered FDA Facility badge mean FDA checked SynoCell?
No. Registering a facility with FDA is a listing, not a review of the product. FDA says registration does not mean approval, and by law it does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold. The badge also names no facility.
Where is SynoCell made?
The country of manufacture and the maker's name are not published on the brand store or in the bottle photos we have. Check the label on your bottle, which may list a distributor, and ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 if it matters to you.
Does SynoCell have a certificate of analysis?
No certificate of analysis is published. The seller gives a reference code, SC-6168-26-SY, but a code is not a lab report. A real CoA names the lab, matches your lot number and lists measured amounts, metals and microbes, with a signature and date.
Are SynoCell capsules gelatin or vegetarian?
The capsule shell is not published, so we cannot say. The other ingredients and allergen statement are missing too. Read the panel on your bottle before you take it, and ask the seller if you avoid gelatin, soy or other ingredients for health or faith reasons.
How should I store SynoCell?
No storage directions are published, so follow your bottle. Keep the lid closed, store it somewhere cool and dry away from bathroom steam, and keep it away from children. Do not use capsules that look damaged or past the printed date.
