About Synocell
Synocell (synocell.org) is a USA authorized SynoCell retailer, not the manufacturer. We earn money when you buy through our order links. The site exists to give adults with stiff joints plain facts: what is on the label, what the research shows, what it costs and how refunds work, without invented reviews or medical promises.

Who we are
Who runs synocell.org?
Synocell, a USA authorized SynoCell retailer, runs synocell.org. We sell SynoCell, the joint-support capsule. We did not create the formula, and we do not make or bottle it.
Orders placed through our links are processed by the BuyGoods order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. Our office is at 41 East 11th Street, Floor 10, New York, NY 10003, USA. The brand runs its own store at synocell.com with its own support team. We point to it openly, because some readers prefer to buy there.
- 2 capsules a day
- 5 ingredients, all amounts printed
- Brand GMP and registered-facility badges
- 90-day money-back policy
- Free standard U.S. shipping
The five points above are facts about the product and its purchase terms. None of them is a promise about results.
Why we exist
Why does a retailer run an information site?
Because joint supplements are hard to judge from an ad. Most sellers lead with big claims and small print. We think older buyers deserve the reverse.
We sell SynoCell, and we would like you to buy it. We also want you to keep it, and nobody keeps a product that was oversold. So we show the printed amounts, compare them with research doses, and say where the evidence is thin.
Our readers are mostly adults over 45 with stiff knees, hips or hands. Many take daily medicines. That shapes how we write: short sentences, plain words, and a pharmacist check wherever an ingredient can affect a drug.

Our rules
What will we publish, and what will we never publish?
We publish what we can source and nothing we cannot. These rules apply to every page, including the ones that sell.
We will publish
- The Supplement Facts exactly as the brand lists them (SynoCell, product page).
- Research doses next to label doses, with links.
- Weak or missing evidence, such as quercetin's lack of human joint trials.
- Every medicine caution we can source.
- Brand-store prices and refund terms, dated.
- Verified customer reviews, good and bad, once we have them.
We will never publish
- Star ratings, order counts or quotes we cannot verify.
- Stock photos passed off as customers.
- A doctor's name on a page that doctor has not reviewed.
- Claims that SynoCell treats or prevents arthritis.
- Crossed-out prices or countdown timers.
- Facts the brand has not released, such as the capsule shell.
How we earn
How does synocell.org make money?
We earn money when someone buys SynoCell through our order links. That is our only income from the product. No ingredient supplier and no other brand pays us to write about it.
The money does not change the facts. A 310 mg dose of ASU is close to the 300 mg used in trials (Cameron and Chrubasik, 2014) whether we earn on a sale or not. Quercetin has no human osteoarthritis trials (MSKCC, Quercetin), and we say so on the pages that sell it.
The prices we quote are the brand store's own, checked on October 11, 2026. Compare packs on the pricing page and buy from whichever seller you trust.
Sources
Where do our facts come from?
From four kinds of source, in this order of trust. When two disagree, the label wins over marketing copy.
| Source | Used for | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Supplement Facts and bottle | Ingredients, amounts, serving | (SynoCell, product page) |
| Brand store policies | Prices, shipping, refunds | (SynoCell, shipping and refund policy) |
| Reviews and trials | What each ingredient has shown | (Cameron and Chrubasik, 2014) (Yu et al., 2020) (Guadagna et al., 2018) |
| Government and guideline bodies | Safety, regulation, osteoarthritis care | (ACR, 2026 OA guideline summary) (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements) (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know) |
Brand-store claims such as stopping a cytokine storm are quoted only as the seller's words, never as fact. Our editorial standards set out the full process.

How do we rank the evidence for joint care?
We rank options by how much published evidence supports them, not by what we sell. Exercise and weight loss sit at the top, and we tell readers so (ACR, 2026 OA guideline summary).
Exercise
StrongStrongly recommended by the American College of Rheumatology for knee, hip and hand osteoarthritis. (ACR, 2026 OA guideline summary) (Kolasinski et al., 2020 (ACR/AF 2019 guideline))
Weight loss (if overweight)

Topical or oral NSAIDs
StrongStrongly recommended, with heart, stomach and kidney risks to discuss with a doctor. (ACR, 2026 OA guideline summary) (FDA, 2015 NSAID safety communication)

Boswellia extracts

Reviews
Why are there no customer reviews on synocell.org yet?
Because none are verified yet, and we will not fill the space with samples. We match each review to a real order and ask permission before we print it.
- No paid or rewarded reviews.
- Negative reviews are published too.
- No stars until there are enough verified reviews to mean something.
The FTC's 2024 rule bans fake reviews and testimonials (FTC, Final rule on fake reviews, 2024). See how we check reviews.

FAQ
Questions about who we are
Is synocell.org the official SynoCell website?
It is the website of Synocell, a USA authorized SynoCell retailer. The brand also runs its own store at synocell.com. We are not the manufacturer, and we say so on every page. Both sell genuine bottles covered by the 90-day policy.
Does synocell.org get paid for SynoCell sales?
Yes. We earn money when you buy through our order links. The prices we quote are the brand store's own, and our income does not change what we write about doses, evidence or side effects. You can buy from either seller.
Why does synocell.org say SynoCell might not work?
Because that is what the evidence shows. No trial has tested SynoCell itself, and its ingredients have small or mixed results in people. We would rather you buy with clear expectations than feel misled after a month.
Are the SynoCell reviews on this site real?
There are no reviews on this site yet. We publish only reviews we can match to a real order, with permission, including negative ones. We do not reuse sample reviews, stock portraits or ratings from other sites.
Is a doctor behind synocell.org?
Yes. Pages are written by the SynoCell editorial team and medically reviewed by Dr. Nehad Soloman, MD, FACR, for accuracy against the label and the cited sources. This is general information, not personal medical advice.
How do I report a mistake on synocell.org?
Email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, and name the page and the error. We correct facts quickly and note the change. That inbox cannot see orders; call +1 (302) 200-3480 about those.
