Disclaimer
SynoCell is a dietary supplement. Its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on synocell.org is medical advice, and results vary. We are an authorized U.S. retailer, not the maker, and we earn money on orders through our links.

What does the FDA statement on SynoCell mean?
It means nobody at the FDA checked whether SynoCell works before it went on sale. That is normal for every dietary supplement in the United States.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
By law, the FDA does not approve supplements or their labels, and the maker is responsible for safety (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements). Supplements also do not need FDA approval before sale (NIH ODS, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know). So the bottle's wording, such as "supports optimal joint health and comfort", is a structure and function claim, not a medical promise.
Is anything on synocell.org medical advice?
No. Our pages explain the label, the research and the buying terms in general terms. They cannot weigh your age, joints, kidneys or medicines.
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you start any supplement, especially if you take a daily prescription. Quercetin and black pepper extract can change how some drugs work (RxList, Quercetin) (Horn and Hansten, 2017). Our side effects and interactions guide lists the medicine classes to ask about.
Do not take more than the labeled serving of 2 capsules unless a clinician tells you to. Skip it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, since reliable safety data are lacking (WebMD, Avocado soy unsaponifiables) (Ziegenhagen et al., 2021). Never stop or change a prescribed medicine because of something you read here.
Will SynoCell work the same for everyone?
No. Results vary, and some people notice nothing. No trial has tested the SynoCell combination itself; studies looked at single ingredients.
- ASU at about the same dose lowered pain by about 8.5 points on a 0 to 100 scale, a small benefit (Cameron and Chrubasik, 2014).
- Oral hyaluronic acid helped only people aged 70 or younger in a 12-month trial (Tashiro et al., 2012).
- Quercetin has no human osteoarthritis trials (MSKCC, Quercetin).
Exercise and weight loss, when needed, have the strongest support for knee and hip osteoarthritis (ACR, 2026 OA guideline summary). A supplement works best, if at all, as a small extra beside them.
Give any change time before you judge it. A Boswellia review suggests at least 4 weeks of use (Yu et al., 2020), and the brand publishes no timeline of its own.

What do the SynoCell badges actually mean?
Less than they seem. The three badges are brand graphics. None names a certifier, an audit or a facility.

A brand badge. No certifier, audit report or facility is named.

A brand badge. Facility registration with FDA is not FDA approval.

90-day money-back policy. A purchase policy, not a promise of results.
| Badge | What it shows | What it does not mean |
|---|---|---|
| Red GMP seal | The words Good Manufacturing Practice | No certifier or audit report is named |
| Blue registered facility roundel | A claim that the facility is registered with the FDA | Registration is not approval, and no facility is named (FDA, Approval myths) |
| Gold money-back seal | The 90-day money-back policy (SynoCell, shipping and refund policy) | A purchase policy, not a promise of results |
Lot SC-26/SY-6168 and CoA reference SC-6168-26-SY are seller reference codes, not lab proof. See testing and quality.
Is synocell.org paid when you buy SynoCell?
Yes. Synocell is a USA authorized SynoCell retailer and earns money when you buy through our order links. You pay the same price either way.
We are not the manufacturer. We do not make, test or ship the capsules ourselves. Product facts come from the brand's Supplement Facts and the bottle, and we quote the brand store's claims as the seller's words, not as fact.
Because we earn from sales, we link every health claim to a source you can check. Our editorial standards explain the rules we follow.
Marketplace listings from other sellers may not be genuine, and they may not be covered by the brand's money-back policy. We cannot vouch for any bottle bought outside the brand store or our order links.
Why are there no star ratings for SynoCell here?
Because none are verified yet. We publish a review only after matching it to a real order and getting consent. We do not pay for reviews, and we will publish negative ones.
The brand store shows two ratings that conflict with each other. We cannot verify either, so we do not repeat them. The FTC banned fake reviews and testimonials in a rule announced August 14, 2024 (FTC, Final rule on fake reviews, 2024).
Read how we check on our reviews page.
When should you seek urgent care instead of a supplement?
Right away if a joint is suddenly hot, red and swollen, or if joint pain comes with fever. That can be a joint infection, and delay can cause lasting damage (MedlinePlus, Septic arthritis).
Stop taking it and call your doctor. For a serious reaction, get emergency care. The FDA asks people to report problems through its Safety Reporting Portal (FDA, How to Report a Problem with Dietary Supplements).
For order or refund help, call +1 (302) 200-3480.

FAQ
Questions about the SynoCell disclaimer
What does "not evaluated by the FDA" mean on a supplement?
It means the FDA did not review the product's claims or check that it works before sale. That is true of every dietary supplement in the U.S. The maker is responsible for safety, and the product is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Are the SynoCell badges real certifications?
They are brand graphics, not certificates. The GMP seal names no certifier, the registered facility roundel names no facility, and FDA registration is not FDA approval. The gold money-back seal reflects the 90-day refund policy, which is a purchase policy rather than a promise of results.
Can SynoCell replace my arthritis medicine?
No. SynoCell is a dietary supplement, not a drug, not a pain reliever and not an arthritis treatment. Do not stop or change a prescribed medicine without your doctor. Exercise and weight loss, when needed, have far stronger evidence for knee and hip osteoarthritis than any supplement.
Is synocell.org an independent review site?
No. synocell.org is run by an authorized U.S. retailer that earns money when you buy through its order links. We say so plainly, link health claims to sources you can check, and include SynoCell's weak points, such as the lack of published testing and of any trial of the blend.
Why doesn't synocell.org show customer reviews of SynoCell?
We have no verified reviews yet. We publish a review only after matching it to a real order and getting consent, and we never pay for reviews. The brand store shows conflicting ratings we cannot verify, so we do not repeat them.
Is SynoCell from a marketplace seller covered by the guarantee?
It may not be. Marketplace listings from other sellers may not be genuine, and the brand's 90-day money-back policy covers orders through the brand store. Buy through the brand store or our order links, and keep your order ID so the order desk can find your purchase.
What should I do if I have a bad reaction to a supplement?
Stop taking it and call your doctor. Get emergency care for trouble breathing, swelling of the face or a severe reaction. You can also report the problem to the FDA through its Safety Reporting Portal, and call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 about a refund.
