Privacy policy
Synocell runs synocell.org, an authorized U.S. SynoCell retailer. We collect very little: the emails you send us, standard server logs and, if enabled, clicks on order buttons. Payment happens on the checkout, not here, and we never ask for card numbers by email. Any U.S. visitor can ask to see or delete their data by writing to [email protected].

Who runs synocell.org and what does this policy cover?
Synocell, a USA authorized SynoCell retailer, runs synocell.org. We are not the manufacturer. The policy covers what happens when you read our pages, email us or click an order button.
It does not cover the checkout or the brand store. Those are run by other companies with their own privacy policies, and you should read them before you pay.
This policy is written in plain language and is still being reviewed. A few details, such as how long records are kept, are set by the site owner; see the note. The full list sits at the end, under "What the site owner must still fill in".
Effective date: October 11, 2026.
What information does synocell.org collect?
Only what a simple information site needs. We have no accounts, no logins and no comment forms, so most visitors share nothing beyond a standard web request.
| Information | When | Why | How long kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your email and what you write | You email [email protected] | To answer you | Set by the site owner; see the note |
| Server logs: IP address, browser type, page visited, time | Every visit | Security, fixing errors, counting visits | Set by the site owner; see the note |
| Order button clicks | Only if click tracking is enabled | To see which pages lead to orders | Set by the site owner; see the note |
| Cookies | See below | Basic site function and, if enabled, click tracking | Set by the site owner; see the note |
| Name, address, card details | Never on synocell.org | Entered only on the checkout | Not held by us |
We do not ask for health information. If you choose to mention a health condition in an email, we use it only to reply and we do not add it to any list.
Who handles your order and payment details?
The checkout does. When you press an order button, you leave synocell.org for the brand store or its payment processor. Your name, shipping address and card details go to them, not to us.
Tracking and refunds go through the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480. Have your order ID ready; the desk may ask for your name and email to find the order.
Not by email, text or social media. If a message claiming to be from Synocell asks for card details, do not reply. Forward it to [email protected] so we can warn others.
Does synocell.org use cookies or tracking?
Only a few, and none for selling ads to you. A cookie is a small file your browser keeps. Some help a site work; others count visits or clicks.
- Basic function. The site may store small settings, such as a closed banner, in your own browser.
- Order button clicks. If click tracking is enabled, a click on an order button may be recorded with the page it came from. It helps us see which pages are useful.
- The checkout's cookies. Once you leave for the checkout, its own cookies and policy apply.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them; only click counting stops.
Does Synocell sell or share your information?
No, we do not sell personal information. We share it only when we must: with the company that hosts the site, the provider that runs our email, or when the law requires it.
If you email about an order, we may point you to the order desk rather than pass your details along. The website inbox cannot see orders, so it is faster to call +1 (302) 200-3480 yourself.
What privacy rights do U.S. visitors have?
Every U.S. visitor gets the same rights, whatever state you live in. You do not need to live in a state with its own privacy law.
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop recording your order button clicks.
Write to [email protected] from the address you used before. We may ask a simple question to confirm it is you. Our reply time is set by the site owner; see the note. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Is synocell.org meant for children?
No. SynoCell is for adults, and the site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If you think a child has emailed us, write to [email protected] and we will delete the message.
How we protect what we hold
We keep as little as possible, use secure connections and limit who can open the inbox. No system is perfectly secure, so please never send sensitive details by email.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top when the policy changes.
How do you contact Synocell about privacy?
Email [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. For privacy, write "Privacy request" in the subject line. Post can go to our office: 41 East 11th Street, Floor 10, New York, NY 10003, USA.

For a refund or order question, call +1 (302) 200-3480 instead. See all options on our contact page, and read our terms of use and disclaimer.
What must the site owner still fill in?
Several facts must come from the owner before the policy is final. We did not guess them.
- Full legal name and state of the business that runs synocell.org.
- How long emails, server logs and click records are kept.
- How many days you will take to answer a privacy request.
- Names of the hosting, email and any analytics or click-tracking providers.
- Whether click tracking is switched on, and a list of the cookies it sets.
- Whether any state privacy law needs extra wording, and the governing state.
FAQ
Privacy questions about synocell.org
Does Synocell sell my personal information?
No. Synocell does not sell personal information. We share it only with the companies that host the site and run our email, or when the law requires it. The checkout that takes your order has its own privacy policy, which you should read before you pay.
Does synocell.org store my credit card number?
No. Card details are entered only on the checkout run by the brand store or its payment processor. They never pass through synocell.org. We also never ask for card numbers by email, text or social media, so treat any such request as a scam.
How do I ask Synocell to delete my data?
Email [email protected] from the address you used before and write "Privacy request" in the subject line. Say whether you want to see, correct or delete your data. We may ask a simple question to confirm who you are. Every U.S. visitor gets these rights.
Does the SynoCell website use cookies?
A few. The site may store small settings in your browser, and if click tracking is enabled, it may record clicks on order buttons. None are used to sell ads to you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser and the site still works.
Who processes payment when I order SynoCell?
The checkout does, not synocell.org. Pressing an order button takes you to the brand store or its payment processor, which collects your name, address and card details under its own policy. For phone help with an order, call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480.
Can children use synocell.org?
The site is written for adults, and SynoCell is an adult supplement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has emailed us, write to [email protected] and we will delete the message without asking for anything further.
