The product
What is SynoCell, and who makes it?
What is SynoCell?
SynoCell is a joint-support dietary supplement in capsules for adults. Each bottle holds 60 capsules and a serving is 2 capsules, so one bottle lasts 30 days. It is not a drug and not a pain reliever.
What does SynoCell claim to do?
The bottle says it supports optimal joint health and comfort, promotes blood flow, supports cartilage and improves mobility and flexibility. Those are the seller's words. The SynoCell formula itself has not been tested in a trial.
Is SynoCell a glucosamine or chondroitin supplement?
No. It contains neither. Its five ingredients are ASU, quercetin, Boswellia extract, hyaluronic acid and black pepper extract. The 2026 ACR guideline summary advises against glucosamine and chondroitin products (ACR, 2026 OA guideline summary).
Who makes SynoCell?
The bottle names the SynoCell brand, which also runs its own store at synocell.com. The brand publishes no street address, phone number or country of manufacture. This website is an authorized U.S. retailer, not the maker.
Is SynoCell legit or a scam?
It is a real product with a full Supplement Facts panel and a written 90-day refund policy (SynoCell, shipping and refund policy). That does not prove it works. Judge it on the printed doses and the evidence, not on sales claims.
Is SynoCell vegan or gluten-free?
Not published. The brand lists no other ingredients, no capsule shell type (gelatin or plant) and no allergen statement. Read the label on your bottle, or email [email protected] before you order.
Dose and use
How do I take SynoCell?
How many capsules of SynoCell make up a daily serving?
The serving size is 2 capsules. The brand store says to use only as directed, so follow the directions printed on your bottle. Do not take more than the labeled serving unless a clinician tells you to.
Should I take SynoCell with food?
The brand gives no timing. A meal is a sensible anchor, since ASU is fat-soluble and breakfast is easy to remember. See how to use SynoCell for a simple daily routine.
Can I take both SynoCell capsules at once?
The brand publishes only the 2-capsule serving, not whether to split it. Most people swallow both together with one meal and a full glass of water. If your bottle says otherwise, follow the bottle.
What if I miss a dose of SynoCell?
Leave it out and carry on with your next serving at the normal time. Do not double up. One missed day matters little for a product used over weeks. Keep the bottle where you see it every morning.
How long does one bottle of SynoCell last?
One bottle lasts 30 days at 2 capsules a day. A 3-bottle pack covers about 90 days, which matches the refund window, and a 6-bottle pack covers about six months.
Can I take SynoCell long term?
No long-term data exist for the full formula. ASU has been used at 300 mg a day for up to 3 years (WebMD, Avocado soy unsaponifiables). Quercetin lacks good safety data past 12 weeks at 1,000 mg or more (Andres et al., 2018).
Ingredients
What is in SynoCell?
What are the five ingredients in SynoCell?
Per 2 capsules: ASU 310 mg, quercetin 310 mg, Boswellia extract 200 mg, hyaluronic acid 180 mg and black pepper extract (BioPerine) 5 mg (SynoCell, product page). Every amount is printed. Inactive ingredients are not published.
What is ASU made from?
ASU means avocado/soybean unsaponifiables, a fraction of avocado and soybean oils. Trials used 300 mg a day; SynoCell has 310 mg. A Cochrane review found a small pain benefit of questionable importance (Cameron and Chrubasik, 2014).
Is the Boswellia in SynoCell the same as in studies?
Not quite. SynoCell lists 200 mg standardized to 65% boswellic acids. Trials used different extracts, such as 5-Loxin and Aflapin, at 100-250 mg (Sengupta et al., 2008) (Cameron and Chrubasik, 2014). Results may not carry over exactly.
Is swallowed hyaluronic acid the same as a knee injection?
No. An injection puts hyaluronic acid straight into the joint; a capsule is digested first. Small oral studies used 48-240 mg a day (Oe et al., 2016). SynoCell has 180 mg, and results were modest and inconsistent (Guadagna et al., 2018).
Why does SynoCell contain black pepper extract?
It supplies piperine, added to help other ingredients absorb (Shoba et al., 1998). It is not a joint ingredient. SynoCell has 5 mg, above a German guidance value of about 2.3 mg a day (Ziegenhagen et al., 2021).
What does Daily Value not established mean?
No official daily amount exists for these five ingredients, so the panel cannot show a percentage. That is normal for botanicals and does not signal a problem. See the full Supplement Facts.
Safety and medicines
Is SynoCell safe with my medicines?
Can I take SynoCell with blood thinners like warfarin?
Ask your doctor or pharmacist first. Quercetin was linked to a raised INR in a man on warfarin (MSKCC, Quercetin), and Boswellia may add to bleeding risk (MSKCC, Boswellia). Never change a blood thinner routine on your own.
Does black pepper extract interact with medicines?
It can. In small studies, piperine at 15-20 mg a day raised blood levels of carbamazepine, phenytoin and propranolol (Horn and Hansten, 2017). Nobody has tested 5 mg in your situation, so your pharmacist is the right person to ask.
Does SynoCell cause stomach upset or other side effects?
No side-effect data exist for the formula itself. Its ingredients are usually well tolerated; mild stomach upset has been reported with Boswellia (MSKCC, Boswellia). Stop if you react, and read about side effects and interactions.
Can I take SynoCell with a soy allergy?
Talk to a clinician first. ASU is made partly from soybean oil, and soy is a common food allergen (MedlinePlus, Food allergy). The brand publishes no allergen statement, so read your bottle as well.
Is SynoCell safe during pregnancy?
Skip it unless your doctor says otherwise. Reliable data on ASU in pregnancy and breastfeeding are lacking (WebMD, Avocado soy unsaponifiables), and pregnant women are advised to avoid isolated piperine (Ziegenhagen et al., 2021). Ask first while nursing, too.
When is joint pain an emergency?
A suddenly hot, red, swollen joint, or joint pain with fever, needs urgent care the same day. It can be a joint infection (MedlinePlus, Septic arthritis). A supplement is the wrong answer to those signs.

Does SynoCell work, and how fast?
Does SynoCell actually work for knee pain?
No trial has tested SynoCell itself. ASU and hyaluronic acid are near doses used in small trials, which showed small or mixed benefits (Cameron and Chrubasik, 2014) (Guadagna et al., 2018). Expect modest help at best, and only for some people.
How many weeks before I notice anything from SynoCell?
The brand publishes no timeline. Boswellia trials ran about 90 days, and a review suggests at least 4 weeks (Yu et al., 2020). Track stairs and walks for 30 days, then decide well before day 90.
Is there human evidence for quercetin in joint pain?
Not shown in people. Joint data on quercetin come from animal and lab studies only (MSKCC, Quercetin). SynoCell's 310 mg sits within common supplement amounts, but no human osteoarthritis trial stands behind it.
Does SynoCell repair cartilage or joint damage?
No evidence shows that. A 3-year trial of ASU found joint-space loss no different from placebo (Maheu et al., 2014 (ERADIAS)). The brand store's cartilage and bone claims are the seller's words, not tested results.
Is SynoCell better than an NSAID?
It is not a substitute. Oral NSAIDs are strongly recommended for osteoarthritis pain in the 2026 ACR summary (ACR, 2026 OA guideline summary), though they carry heart attack and stroke risks (FDA, 2015 NSAID safety communication). Ask your doctor before stopping any medicine.
What helps knee arthritis the most?
Exercise and, for people with overweight, weight loss have the strongest backing (ACR, 2026 OA guideline summary). Each pound lost takes about 4 pounds of load off the knee (Messier et al., 2005). Read our knee pain guide.
Buying, shipping and refunds
How do I buy SynoCell, and can I get a refund?
How much is SynoCell?
On the brand store on October 11, 2026: 1 bottle $59, 3 bottles $147 ($49 each) and 6 bottles $234 ($39 each). That works out to about $1.97, $1.63 or $1.30 a day.
Where can I buy genuine SynoCell?
Buy from the brand store at synocell.com or from an authorized seller such as this site. Both routes are covered by the 90-day policy. See where to buy SynoCell for what to avoid.
Is SynoCell sold on Amazon or eBay?
We found a third-party eBay listing shipped from India at a different price. Marketplace bottles may not be genuine and may not be covered by the guarantee, so we do not link to them.
Does SynoCell ship free?
Standard shipping is free in the mainland U.S. Hawaii, Alaska and international orders pay a surcharge. U.S. delivery takes 5-10 business days and international 6-8 weeks. APO addresses are not accepted (SynoCell, shipping and refund policy).
What is the SynoCell money-back guarantee?
A 90-day money-back guarantee on supplements (SynoCell, shipping and refund policy). Single bottles need no return; on multi-packs, send back unopened bottles and one opened bottle is refunded. Read the refund policy for each route.
Can I change or cancel a SynoCell order?
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 as soon as you can, with your order ID. It handles changes, tracking and refunds. The website inbox cannot see orders, so it cannot change them.
This website and reviews
Can I trust synocell.org and its reviews?
Who runs synocell.org?
Synocell, a USA authorized SynoCell retailer. We are not the manufacturer, and we earn money when you buy through our order links. Read who we are and what we will not publish.
Is SynoCell FDA approved?
No. SynoCell is not FDA approved, because FDA does not approve dietary supplements (FDA, Approval myths). The Registered FDA Facility badge refers to registration, which is not approval, and no facility is named.
Why are there no star ratings on synocell.org?
We publish only reviews we can match to real orders, with the buyer's consent. None are verified yet, so we show no stars or counts. The FTC rule on fake reviews applies to every seller (FTC, Final rule on fake reviews, 2024).
Are the reviews on the SynoCell brand store reliable?
The brand store shows two conflicting ratings that we cannot verify. FTC advice is to compare several sources and be wary of many reviews posted in a short time (FTC, How To Evaluate Online Reviews).
Who checks the health information on synocell.org?
A licensed physician will check the pages once one is engaged. Until then, the reviewer's name and date stay as fill-in fields. We never print a reviewer who has not reviewed the page.
What do the SynoCell lot and CoA codes mean?
Lot SC-26/SY-6168 and CoA reference SC-6168-26-SY are seller reference codes, not lab proof. No certificate of analysis is published for that batch. See batch verify for what you can check yourself.
