Is SynoCell Legit or a Scam? 7 Checks to Run Before You Buy
Yes, SynoCell is legit in the basic sense: it is a real product with a printed label that shows five amounts, a written 90-day refund policy and open contact details. It does not pass every check. No trial has tested it, and no lab report or maker name is published. Legit means real, not proven to work, so run all seven checks before you buy.

Key facts
- SynoCell is a joint-support dietary supplement that comes as capsules. One bottle contains 60 of them, and a daily serving is 2.
- The label prints all five amounts: ASU 310 mg, quercetin 310 mg, Boswellia extract 200 mg, hyaluronic acid 180 mg and black pepper extract 5 mg.
- The brand offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. It has conditions, and it is a purchase policy, not a promise of results.
- This site is run by a USA authorized SynoCell retailer, not by the maker, and it earns money from its order links.
- Not published: the maker, the country of manufacture, other ingredients, the capsule shell, a lab certificate of analysis.
- SynoCell is not FDA approved. No dietary supplement is, because FDA does not approve supplements.
- No trial has tested SynoCell itself. Two of its ingredients sit near doses used in small trials.
Check 1: Does the label print every amount?
Start with the bottle, not the ad. A real product shows what is inside. SynoCell lists five ingredients for each 2-capsule serving (SynoCell, product page):
- Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU): 310 mg
- Quercetin: 310 mg
- Boswellia serrata gum resin extract, with a standard of 65% boswellic acid: 200 mg
- Hyaluronic acid: 180 mg
- BioPerine black pepper fruit extract: 5 mg
There is no hidden blend. Many joint products show one total weight for a group of ingredients, so you cannot see the dose of each. Here you can compare every line with research and ask a pharmacist about the milligrams.
The label is not complete, though. Other ingredients, the capsule shell and an allergen statement are not published on the brand store. Read the printed bottle, and see our Supplement Facts page for the line-by-line view.
Check 2: Does the seller say who it is?
Legit sellers give a name, a place and a way to reach them. This site says it plainly: it is run by Synocell, a USA authorized SynoCell retailer, and it is not the manufacturer. It adds that purchases through its order links earn it a commission.
Contact details are printed: an order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480, [email protected] for orders, [email protected] for questions about the pages, and a New York office at 41 East 11th Street, Floor 10, New York, NY 10003. Returns go to 3 Times Square, Floor 12, New York, NY 10036.
The brand also runs its own store at synocell.com. That store publishes no phone number or street address, so email is the only direct route there.
A gap to know about
The maker's name and the country of manufacture are not published on the brand store or in the bottle photos available to us. If you need that answer, put the question to the order desk before you pay.
Check 3: Is the refund policy written down and usable?
A scam hides its refund terms. SynoCell has a written 90-day money-back guarantee under the brand's refund policy (SynoCell, shipping and refund policy). The main rules are short:
- On a single bottle, you do not need to send the used bottle back.
- On a 3-pack or 6-pack, you return the unopened bottles, and only one opened bottle is refunded.
- Brand store returns in the U.S. get a prepaid label, and about 10% is deducted for shipping and handling.
- For orders through this site, you call the order desk with your order ID, mail the bottles and pay the return postage.
- Outside the mainland U.S., shipping charges are not refunded.
Read this as a purchase policy. It lowers the cost of finding out whether the capsules suit you. It does not change the evidence. Our guarantee page explains each rule, and the plan below shows when to act.
Tip: open one bottle at a time. Keep spare bottles sealed until you need them.

Watch the words. The front of the bottle says SynoCell supports optimal joint health and comfort, promotes blood flow and supports cartilage, and improves mobility and flexibility. These are the brand's claims, not trial results, and the label carries the standard FDA disclaimer.
Some claims on the brand store go further. They talk about stopping a cytokine storm, speeding joint healing and regrowing bone. No human study of these ingredients backs that up. The 3-year ERADIAS trial of ASU found no slowing of joint-space loss (Maheu et al., 2014 (ERADIAS)), and quercetin has no human joint trials (MSKCC, Quercetin).
What the evidence does support is small. Four ASU trials with 651 people found pain about 8.5 points lower on a 0-100 scale, which the reviewers called a benefit of questionable importance (Cameron and Chrubasik, 2014). A review of 7 Boswellia trials with 545 patients was positive, but the trials were small and used other extracts (Yu et al., 2020).
This site repeats none of the bigger claims. SynoCell is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, not a pain reliever and not a treatment for arthritis.
Check 5: Can you check the batch and quality papers?
Here SynoCell is thinner. The seller gives a lot reference, SC-26/SY-6168, and a certificate of analysis reference, SC-6168-26-SY. Both are seller codes. They help staff trace a shipment. They are not lab proof, and no certificate of analysis is published.
The brand also shows a GMP seal and a Registered FDA Facility badge. Neither names a certifier or a facility. FDA says registering a facility does not mean the product is approved (FDA, Approval myths).
What you can do: ask the seller for a lab report that names the lab and matches your lot. Then use the batch verify steps on arrival. They catch damage and mix-ups. Only a lab can show what is inside a capsule.
Check 6: Are the reviews real and traceable?
This site publishes no star score, no review count and no customer quotes. It will show reviews only after each one is matched to a real order and the buyer agrees. That is a deliberate choice.
The brand store shows star ratings, but we found two ratings there that do not agree with each other, and the orders behind them cannot be seen. So we do not repeat them.
The FTC bans fake reviews and testimonials from people with no real experience of a product (FTC, Final rule on fake reviews, 2024). Its advice to shoppers is to consider the source and compare several places (FTC, How To Evaluate Online Reviews).
Reddit threads, BBB pages, Trustpilot and consumer-report sites are not sources used here, and no figures from them are quoted. Anonymous posts cannot be matched to orders. Treat any score you cannot trace with care.
Check 7: Are you buying from an official route?
There are two official ways to buy: this site, and the brand store at synocell.com. Both list the same prices and follow the same 90-day policy.
Marketplace listings are different. A marketplace listing can be run by anyone. We found a third-party eBay listing that ships from overseas at a price that does not match the brand store. We do not link to it, and we cannot say where its bottles came from.
Warning signs of a fake listing: a price far from $59 a bottle, a pack size the brand does not sell, shipping from overseas to a U.S. address, no clear photo of the Supplement Facts panel, and promises such as a cure. Our where to buy page has the full list.
How does SynoCell score on all seven checks?
Short version: it clears the basics and leaves open the proof questions.
| Check | What is published | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Label amounts | All five amounts per 2 capsules | Pass |
| 2. Seller identity | Retailer named, phone, email, New York addresses | Pass, maker not published |
| 3. Refund policy | 90 days, with conditions | Pass |
| 4. Honest claims | Bottle claims are mild; some brand store claims go further | Mixed |
| 5. Batch and quality papers | Seller codes only, no lab certificate | Open question |
| 6. Reviews | None published here; brand store ratings conflict | Not available |
| 7. Official route | This site and synocell.com | Pass if you use them |
| Pack | Price | Per bottle | Shipping, mainland U.S. |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle (30 days) | $59 | $59 | Free standard |
| 3 bottles (90 days) | $147 | $49 | Free standard |
| 6 bottles (180 days) | $234 | $39 | Free standard |
Every pack sits inside the same 90-day money-back policy. Hawaii, Alaska and international orders pay a surcharge, and the brand does not publish the amounts.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is SynoCell a scam?
The signs of a scam are missing: it has a printed label with amounts, a written 90-day refund policy and open contact details. That does not prove it works. No trial has tested SynoCell, and the maker and a lab report are not published. Judge it on the label and the research, not on sales claims.
Is SynoCell legit in the USA?
Yes, it is a real dietary supplement sold in the U.S. through this authorized retailer and the brand store at synocell.com. Standard shipping is free in the mainland U.S. and takes 5-10 business days under the brand's policy (SynoCell, shipping and refund policy).
What do Reddit threads say about SynoCell?
This page does not use Reddit threads. Anonymous posts cannot be matched to orders, so we cannot check them. We rely on the printed label, the brand's written policies and the published research instead.
Is SynoCell a good product?
It is a clearly labeled product with modest evidence behind its parts. ASU at 310 mg is near the 300 mg used in trials, and hyaluronic acid at 180 mg is inside the range of small oral studies. Results were small or mixed, and quercetin has no human joint trials.
How can I tell if my SynoCell is real or fake?
Check the seal, then compare the label with the brand's Supplement Facts: 2 capsules per serving, 30 servings and five ingredients with amounts. A white bottle with a teal wave label is the look the brand shows. Buy from an official route, and call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID if something looks wrong.
Is SynoCell FDA approved?
No. SynoCell is not FDA approved, and no dietary supplement is, because FDA does not approve supplements before sale (FDA, Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements). Take any medical question to your doctor or pharmacist before the first capsule.
Our view
SynoCell looks like a real, openly labeled supplement from a seller that says who it is. That answers the legit question for most buyers.
It does not answer the does-it-work question. The gaps are plain: no trial of the formula, no published lab report and no named maker. If you want to try it, do it with notes, with one bottle opened at a time and with a clear day to decide inside the 90-day window.
Check with your doctor or pharmacist first if you take blood thinners, cyclosporine, seizure medicines or heart drugs, if you have kidney disease or a soy allergy, or if you are pregnant or nursing. Exercise and weight care come before any capsule.
